Returns and refunds policy

- The buyer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 21 of the Federal Consumer Protection Act (LPC).

- Products must be returned in their original, unused, unworn and unwashed condition. All original labels and accessories, if any, must be present.

- Products that do not comply with these conditions (damaged, worn or returned after the 14-day period) will not be reimbursed and will remain at the buyer's disposal at the buyer's expense.

The buyer must indicate his/her intention to return an item by sending an email to info@recuplounge.com within 14 calendar days, mentioning :

Full name

The order number

The reason for the return

 

Upon receipt of the return request, RecupLounge will validate the request and provide instructions for shipping the return.

 

If the buyer returns an item without prior notification, RecupLounge will not be able to guarantee a refund.

- In accordance with Article 21 of the LPC, the cost of returning goods shall be borne by the purchaser, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.

- The initial delivery costs will not be reimbursed. However, if the buyer exercises his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days, he/she may obtain a refund of the product, provided that the return conditions are respected.

 - Once the item has been received and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days, depending on the original method of payment (article 3 of the LPC).

- If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will not be refunded and may be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

- If a refund has already been made for a product that does not meet the return criteria, RecupLounge reserves the right to recover the amount paid by the buyer.
